Nuestro galardonado zumo de ciruela se diferencia de otros zumos de fruta porque no se elabora exprimiendo fruta fresca, sino que se prepara de forma tradicional utilizando ciruelas secadas lentamente de variedades más pequeñas y densas que las ciruelas de mesa más jugosas. Luego se extrae el zumo después de rehidratarlas para obtener una bebida rica y de cuerpo completo, prácticamente libre de grasas.
