Rabarber is zo'n typisch Engels ingrediënt voor crumbles en fools (desserts, geen mensen!) dat we het sap ervan vaak over het hoofd zien. Het sap is van nature zuur, maar wanneer het gezoet wordt met heerlijk geperste appel, ontstaat er een heerlijk verfrissend drankje.
