Thorncroft Herbal Liquorice (6 x 330ml)

I was a bit skeptical about a concentrate, but the 1:10 dilution is spot on and a single bottle goes a long way. The liquorice comes through nicely balanced with the apple juice, and it's genuinely refreshing over ice.

The dandelion and burdock combo makes this taste way more complex than your average soft drink, and it's oddly refreshing. I've been diluting it 1:10 as instructed and a single bottle lasts me ages, which is great value.

The apple juice concentrate gives it a natural sweetness that balances the liquorice and burdock really well. I've been mixing it 1:10 with sparkling water after dinner and it's become my favorite evening drink.
